The homeowners of The Grove endorse and support the association through dues as well as active support, such as volunteering to serve on the various committees and by maintaining our properties in accordance with the deed restricted rules and regulations.  Such pride in our community also helps to maintain property values.

QUARTERLY DUES

Each homeowner pays mandatory dues of $80.00 each quarter, which also includes dues in the Master Association (maintenance of common areas leading into The Grove).
